to me the best places for nice quality baby clothes are Ross, TJ Maxx and Marshall’s – I bought so many brand baby clothes for my friends at funny prices from there…

You are right, there are many discount designer stores available. In fact, I recently bought a Puma dress that had come from Marshalls for my Daughter and it was $7.
